Cancellation Time Frame

• Orders can be cancelled on the same day the purchase is made.
• For orders placed from Monday to Saturday, the cancellation request must be submitted before 5:00 PM London Time on the same day.
• For orders placed on weekends (Saturday post 5:00 PM and Sunday), cancellation requests can be made until the following Monday by 5:00 PM London Time.

Conditions for Cancellation

• Cancellations are accepted for all orders, provided the request is made within the specified time frame.
• Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
